1. Preheat oven to 170c if you have a conventional oven or 160c for fan forced. Then grease and line a pan, about 30x20 cm.

A few extra ideas are to buy your dad a gift card for his favourite store, although some people might find it impersonal, gift cards are easy for the Dad who is hard to buy for or the one who has everything. Tickets to any kind of event that might take his fancy, whether it be a sporting match, some movie tickets or even tickets to a camping show. Lastly, a magazine subscription, you can get magazines for basically anything these days, whether its on food, fishing or caravans, if your dad might like it, get it!

TIME ... Priceless
When I asked my dad what he wanted for Father's Day, the first thing he said was 'Time', and if you get the chance on Father's Day, this should be your main priority. You can buy spend any amount of money, and buy gift after gift, but at the end of the day, the 'Time' you spend with them is what they are going to remember the most. If your Dad is anything like mine (and I'm sure he is), he doesn't get wrapped up in all the materialistic items that you can buy, he gets more excited when I make him a cake and give him a homemade card, because he know's that I spent my 'Time' to do this, to put my love into it, and as he says, 'I will remember this more than anything that is bought'.

So I hope everyone has an amazing Father's Day, whether you're spending it with your dad or not, make the most of the day and remember what's good in life, because there is a lot!

Happy Sunday Everyone. Raspberries and white chocolate are two of my favourite foods to eat, and when you put them together, they create a delicious combination. Bringing you today another of my favourite muffin recipes for you to try out and to love and enjoy just as much as me. Give them a crack, I promise yo won't regret it. 




300g Plain Flour
2 Tsps Baking Powder
150g Caster Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
225ml Milk
50g Butter
100g Raspberries
110g White Chocolate






1. Preheat your oven to 200 (180 fan forced) and line a 12 hole muffin tin with patty cases.

2. Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl, and stir through the sugar. In a separate bowl, add the egg, vanilla extract, milk and melted butter, and then whist together. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir together. Fold the raspberries and white chocolate through the muffin mixture.

3. Place the mixture into the ready muffin tray, place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
