I remember when I lived with my Sister, she always made these cookies and had them stored away in a container under them bench. I also remember eating one too many. I was craving these the other day, and as she isn't close by to make these for me anymore I just had to text her to get the recipe. As soon as she sent it through, I went out, got the ingredients, got home, and was making them within minutes. And I am not lying when I say that these are the easiest cookies I have ever made before. So keep reading for the best cookies ever!
375g Jar Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Caster Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts
½ Cup Milk Chocolate Bits
½ Cup Milk Chocolate Bits
Method
1. Firstly, you will need to preheat your oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with non stick baking paper.
2. Spoon the peanut butter out of the jar into a medium bowl. Add the sugar and egg to the bowl and stir together with a wooden spoon. When the mixture is well combined, add the chocolate bits and chopped macadamia nuts.
3. Roll mixture into balls and place on the ready baking trays, with enough space for spreading room, flatten slightly. Place in the over, and bake for 12minutes, or until slightly golden. Cool on trays for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
They make about 30, mine didn't make that many because I used larger chocolate bits then I should have. With only 5 ingredients, and within 20 minutes you'll be eating them.. that's my kind of cookie!
