My favourite recipe in 'Tanya Love' is her Triple Chocolate Cookies! I have made them a few times now and fall more and more in love with them each time. Like every time I make them I forget how amazing they were the time before! My favourite thing about them is you can choose whatever kind of chocolate you like to really make these cookies your own.
INGREDIENTS
200g Butter
300g Caster Sugar
1 Large Egg
275g Self-Raising Flour
75g Cocoa Powder
Dash of Milk
Milk, White and Dark Chocolate bars
3 Daim Bars (Not available in Australia)
METHOD
Firstly, preheat your oven to 200'C and line your baking tins with baking paper. Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth, then add the egg. Add the dry ingredients in two batches and blend it altogether. If your mixture is looking too dry then add the dash of milk.
Now onto the best part, adding all the chocolate!! Break up your chocolate into pieces, I used cadbury's because it's my favourite, but use whatever kinds you like, and add them into your mixture. This is also when you add the Daim Bars but they aren't sold in Australia, and I didn't know of an alternative. Using your hands, separate the mixture into 10 big blobs, and pop them into the oven for 11 minutes. (No longer or you will overcook them). Leave to cool for about 30 minutes and then enjoy all the chocolatey goodness!!
